The tougher they are, the harder they fall.

When Mish's stalker ups his game, David must make a choice - lover or bodyguard. He'd rather have Mish alive than in his bed. But Mish wants David, and no one, especially not a stalker, will force her to give him up.

This one, however, wasn't as exciting for me. The story of Mish & David is thin, and the supposedly steamy scenes aren't at all hot.
I love all of this author's books, but I'm not very satisfied with this one. The narrator, however, is excellent, as always.

Their lives have never been easy and they made their paths (without knowing) towards each other.
Watching them finding their way and overcoming obstacles is healing, in a way.
The trans representation felt so good.
And again, Greg Bouderaux gave these people their distinct voices.
