A plane crash in the North Atlantic. A forgotten island shrouded in mystery. And the door to a world that history erased.**
When archaeologist J. Samuel Davies accepted a high-paying job to decipher runic fragments, he expected a routine excavation. He didn’t expect a terrifying Atlantic storm to rip his plane from the sky, leaving him stranded on a tiny, uncharted island.
Survival was only the beginning.
In *Finding the Scrolls*, the breathtaking introductory volume to *The Scrolls of Zerowan* series, Samuel uncovers a secret hidden deep within a coastal cavern. Guided by an enigmatic old man with piercing blue eyes, he discovers a collection of perfectly preserved clay urns. Inside lie the legendary scrolls of Zerowan—a lost world once half the size of Australia, buried deep before the dawn of recorded history.
By touching the multi-colored characters of the scrolls, Samuel doesn't just read history—he witnesses it.
**Explore the Four Ages of Zerowan**
*The Early Age:** A time of primordial harmony governed by three great powers, where seeds of pride were sown.
*The Dark Age:** The rise of humanity and the ultimate betrayal that shattered the world’s balance.
*The Empty Age:** A 45,000-year era of civilizational collapse, endurance, and dark obscurity.
*The Gilded Age:** The resurgence of mankind, where grand empires rise and rivalries sharpen.
*Nations and Creatures of Legend**
**The Kaman Empire:** A disciplined southern superpower blending scholarship with battlefield prowess.
*Mizrach-Chag:** An uneasy alliance of mountain traditionalists and volatile raiders.
*Dusmay:** Master highlander metallurgists using asymmetrical, stealth-based warfare.
*The Older Races:** Encounter breathtaking dragons, three-eyed Grundin engineers, majestic Jhevella artisans, and the immortal, four-hearted Zhranti.
Part survival thriller, part introductory world companion, Finding the Scrolls lays the foundation for a massive high-fantasy saga.
