Anorgasmia is the lack of frequency of orgasms in sexual stimulation. By far this is a condition related to women, with an incidence of 5-10%. I have written a book on sexual stimulation in marriage, Sexuality in Marriage After Fifty, but despite increased stimulation, some women have difficulty with achieving a satisfactory orgasm.
There is not magic treatment for this condition. Various therapies are used, and most will at least increase your satisfaction with sex. I will go over this condition with you and discuss the various options available.
I cannot guarantee success for you—that is, enabling you to have an orgasm—but you will know a great deal more about it.
