Saw a few powerful posts from Alan Stein Jr. (@alansteinjr) and this one is a gret reminder for all of us. “Your life will reflect what you emphasize daily.” As we all get older, we need to remind ourselves that what we focus on, that’s where our energy flows. A good friend and mentor of mine, Coach Rich Popp came through with another thought to chew on a bit - “The older I get, the simpler life is. 1. Get along with others. 2. Give 100% in all you do. 3. Make well thought out and educated decisions. Yes, simple. Life is good. Peace.” Simple for sure to understand, yet I (maybe you too) still have to put effort into these and it’s not always easy, since other things always seem to get in the way.
