So much value and ressources

This book really distilles down the essence of sales leadership and how to empower and mentor sales staff. Whether you are in the shoes of a sales rep or if you are a sales manager, this book will give you all the fundamentals from a fresh perspective. As outlined in the book the author works as a sales manager for various companies and manages the sales teams virtually. Therefore he absolutely needs to manage his time well and build trust with the sales teams he manages. His approach is clearly managing by objectives and empowering the sales staff to take responsibility and pride for their work.
As a business owner this book also will give you a very clear path in either what to look for if you hire a sales manager (or sales staff in general) OR if this is a hat you want to wear in your own company and how to best pursue it so it won't always feel like your running short in time.

The book also provides additional downloadable templates that helped me to further nail down the different sales roles in my company and sales process and pipeline as well.
