Well written well stead
I enjoyed most the last chapter about what to do to increase the health of mitochondrial function . I missed written headlines for the chapters or just put the headlines for the chapters into the pdf. That’s the only critique I have. I hope MD Lee Know expands in the future edition of his book the last chapter , I mean the third chapter.

please please more books like that!!
this book gave me a very good overview over the state of this fast progressing field. I hope books like that (going a bit deeper into the science then regual popular science) will get their own section in the future so they are easier to find.
