Impressive and worthwile listening
Simon Sinek excells in doing peoper research and connecting the dots like no other I heard or read so far from. This book flies by and I sometimes had streaks of no willingness to put it away.
This book is not a guide on how to lead providing shortcuts to reach certain goals. It is more. Hr wants you to understand the neueoscience and chemical reactions of our body as well as the social conditions, that lead to certain behaviour. The conclusion for your own acting has to come from yourself. Enjoy this masterpiece!

Good not great
I agree with most things the author says, nothing too new though. books I read that had similar messages but I found more interesting/better told: atomic habits, deep work, radical candor, antifragile

A great Leadership guide
I‘m following Simon on different channels and this is the 3rd book I know from him and again I habe to say: it’s great! Thanks for your effort’s writing it and putting so much passion into creating a wonderful leadership advisor guide. Awesome!

Für jeden etwas dabei
Tolles Hörbuch, dass jedem zum Nach- und Umdenken animieren sollte! Nicht nur interessant für Führungskräfte in der Imdustrie, sondern auch für Lehrer, Eltern, und alle, die auf irgend eine Art und Weise Menschen positiv beeinflussen, leiten und lenken wollen.

Listen to the very last part, the Appendix!
