Insightful
I admire the author’s courage on his challenging journey. It was inspiring to hear about it in such detail. It also helped me to hear about the protocols, not just the external structure but also the experiential narrative during the sessions, that seems to have a recurring architecture.
He also integrates or touches a lot of adjacent topics, that often sparked my interest and led me to further inquiry. Would recommend for anyone interested in deep explorations of the mind, be it with or without the help of psychedelics.
