Highly recommended!
John Gottman and his wife, Julia, Schwartz Gottman excellently explain their relationship science based messages with practical couple conversation examples, the so called eight dates. Each of these conversation examples addresses, one important topic critical for partner ships to survive and thrive! Highly recommended!

Relationship is always changing. How you grow decides how it grows.
Nice book for everyone who wants to create or recreate their relationship. The topics covered here are all sound and vital for all of us to discuss with our partner.

First time I could not get through the first chapter of any audiobook
This book was either read by a text to speech voice or by a person that sounds extremely monotonous. There was also very little dynamics in the read which made it feel like someone was trying to have a conversation with someone across the room with her mouth right next to my ear. Gave me a headache.
I am sorry I cannot yet speak to the content of the book, I will likely purchase the actual book instead.

nicht zu empfehlen
