it changed my life!
Wonderful book written by an amazing, eloquent, intelligent woman! Poumpouras managed to write an incredibly interesting and informative book that is also very engaging. Her experiences and the way she puts them into lessons to be learned are something that influence me in the long run. Very well written and read. I can't wait for more content of this impressive human!

must "read"😅
i would prefer to read it, instead of just listen to it. cuz there are a lot of useful tips that you can use and for me it would have been better to read it. my opinion 😉

Such a great book
Great insights and stories. Very cool and practical for everyday situations.
I would recommend it to anyone, especially to those who tend to be too kind sometimes.

One of the few great books I’ve ever read
Thank you Evy, it’s a master piece for everyone who really want to work on themselves and improve. I also think it should be included in the early education system, where our kids need these lessons so desperately, so that they can grow up fully prepared for whatever life throws at them.
It was an empowering experience, not only the message which was deeply and clearly delivered, but also in the way Evy delivered it. Very cleverly written, and just to top it, hearing the book on Audible in Evy’s voice is just like taking an immediate doses of strength.
With all my heart I’m thankful for Evy and wish that this book will reach as many people in the world as possible.
I really hope to read/hear new books from Evy soon. Thank you...

A Good “How To” On Safety and Preparedness
I thought this would be a book about her experiences, but really it’s a book about how to be vigilant, prepared as well as your best self. It’s a great book and I recommend it to anyone who struggles with feeling safe and secure—both physically and emotionally.

one of the best books I’ve ever read
This book needs to be on everyones shelf! For every person there is something to take away from. I love that Evy is reading this book herself, as I love to watch her videos and just love how powerful her voice sounds. The end made me very emotional but I learned so much from it. I definitely want to grab a copy of this book, to highlight everything I need. Thank you Evy ❤️

Smart, honest and full of pictures
I found the author on YouTube first. She inspired me with all her strength, calm and certainty. Turns out she is a talented author as well with an interesting job and lots of stories to tell. Good examples and just the right amount of explaining. I'll listen to the audio book again since there were so many relateable examples. I couldn't remember all.
