Not worthy as a sequel.

Not a good read, full of examples that were not always relevant and were also quite idealized. If you have read "First, Break all the Rules" there is no reason to read this one since all it does is expand on some aspects already analyzed in the first book. If not marketed as a seauel it might be worth it a bit more. However you are far better off in any case to read "First Break all the Rules" which is a masterpiece and people should not be attempting to write sequels to it only to come up far short of expectations....
