This is the worst thing you can wish on a citizen of Discworld. Especially for the magically challenged Rincewind, who has already had far too much excitement in his life.
Unfortunately, the unlucky wizard always seems to end up in the middle of, well, absolutely everything. So when a request for a 'Great Wizzard' arrives from the faraway Counterweight Continent, it's obviously Rincewind who's sent. For one thing, he's the only one who spells wizard that way.
Once again Rincewind is thrown headfirst into a dangerous adventure. For the oldest empire on the Disc is in turmoil and Chaos is building. And, for some reason, someone believes Rincewind will have a vital role in the coming war....
Interesting Times is the fifth book in the Wizards series, but you can listen to the Discworld novels in any order. The first book in the Discworld series—The Colour of Magic—was published in 1983. Some elements of the Discworld universe may reflect this.

Great Story, great storyteller
It's Terry Prattchet. So you can't really go wrong story-wise. Colin Morgan lends so much variety and intensity to his characters, that it is almosr like a whole cast.

Story is great, Narration not
The story is funny, interesting and everything you'd expect of Sir Terry. The narration however - I enjoyed Colin Morgan's voice, but not the voices of the characters. And there is a lot of dialog. The voices are mostly incredibly annoying and in several cases a really odd choice (Ridcully especially).

Horrible Narration
Impossible to follow the story because the voices are so incredibly over the top. Sadly very annoying. I had to abort. A pity that Mr Morgan was given so many of the new Pratchett productions. The other narrators are brilliant...

Narration just wasn't for me
I really wanted to like the new narrator as much as I loved the others I have listened to on audible. I just could not get used to him.
