At the heart of a trackless swamp, a murdered thief claws his way back from the abyss. Who he was is lost to the grave, but not his need for vengeance. Death has not claimed him; instead it's unlocked a darker destiny.
This isn't a heroic tale; it's the antithesis. This is a dark fantasy where evil is as much a place as a person. In Tenebroum, our villainous protagonist, the Lich, strives for a godhood fueled by the souls of its enemies, and the world trembles, ignorant of its impending doom.
This is a terrible necromantic journey that uses the flesh of the fallen, and forbidden grimoires. In its quest for power, the Lich creates abominations that defy reason. It melds the flesh of heroes with the stolen sinew of countless other victims to create something new and terrible.
Beware! This journey is not for the faint of heart. The words of Tenebroum drip with terror and malice. To listen to this book is to witness the rise of the villain, replace the hero's journey with its dark reflection. Do you dare continue? Choose wisely—for Tenebroum's malevolence knows no bounds.

The story is quite interesting, with nice world-building and an intriguing spirit system. It’s not your run-of-the-mill fantasy and is not for the faint of heart.
The narrator does an excellent job with the characters.
Overall, 10/10. I would highly recommend it.
A hidden gem.
