This is the best book i've ever listen to. I can understand why it's called "the next harry potter".I heard it three times till now and i'm still laughing. Great story, brilliant characters and funny dialouges. Defenatley a must have.

Ich liebe Geister-Detektivgeschichten, und die Umsetzung als Hörbuch mit den Musik- und Geräuscheinspielungen ist großartig, ebenso wie der Sprecher mit dem irischen Akzent, aber: anders als so manch anderer Titel in diesem Genre, der auch durchaus noch Erwachsene zu fesseln und gruseln vermag (ich sage nur Lockwood & Co.), sind die Charaktere hier wirklich eher flach und - abgesehen von einer gewissen anfänglichen Skurrilität - sehr vorhersehbar gehalten. Schade! Also vom Niveau her eher TKKG als Drei Fragezeichen, und nur für sehr junge Jugendliche zu empfehlen.

Die Geschichte um Skulduggery Pleasant und Stephanie ist großartig geschrieben und erzählt! Mit Witz, Charme und Zauberei kämpfen beide gegen das Böse und bekommen Unterstützung von weiteren Helden, von denen jeder seine eigene Persönlichkeit hat. Derek Landy hat tolle Figuren erschaffen und Rupert Degas macht sie lebendig! 5 Sterne!

Bei den Charakter Stimmen manchmal ist auch der ton plötzlich sehr laut was nicht unbedingt sein muss trotzdem ist es sehr deutlich und gut betont gesprochen
