This book was much more than a pleasant surprise. In fact it has instantly become one of my all-time favorites.

Considering that Marcus Aurelius wrote this almost 2000 years ago it is remarkable to see how little has changed. The book opened my eyes and solidified my opinion to a great many universal truths. Definitely worth reading more than once.

In terms of "bang for your buck" I have not come across a better book so far. If you are reading this review right now, get the book you won't regret it.

Take your time and write down your leanings. Go through this book a few times and work through each chapter if you want to take 100%.

Can only recommend it to anyone that struggles with life.

As non English speaker I could understand reader of this audiobook perfectly and read tempo is good, not too fast or slow.

Narrator had a clear and precise intonation. The content is rich and beautifully thought. I struggled to understand most of the time because of the complexity level of the language, because of that it was hard for me to finish it completely and comprehensively.
