The Horns of Hammerad are being hunted by magic and monsters alike.

A [Mage] team from Wistram Academy is dogging Pisces, Ceria, Ksmvr, and Yvlon's steps, with revenge in mind. However, adventurers must work, and the Horns have been called on as security for an ambitious project: building a road past the Bloodfields towards the rest of southern Izril.

There is more to the world than just Liscor, however. Players of Celum are coming to Invrisil with a splash. The Bloodfields spread like a stain upon the land, and few who enter ever survive. The Horns of Hammerad don't plan on entering or getting into more trouble. However, even the monsters on the edges of the Bloodfields are a cut above the rest. Whether they triumph or perish to their rivals, cowardice, or foes...

So often I holded my breath in agony, amazement, angst, amusement and awe. Highly recommend the audio book from again an amazing, fantastical, detailed oriented author and voice actor.

the heart aches

non-stop action for hours on end. Real character progression and written as if it really happend. Speaker as usual otherworldy!

I have been listening to the Wandering Inn Series for years and am a HUGE fan. This book was everything. Soulcrushing and uplifting. I have laught out loud and feverishly hoped for a good end. I love this series and the narrator and, as always, cannot wait for the next part. For me, this book has been the best in the series in quite some time and I enjoyed every minute of the extraordinary storytelling. Thank you Pirateaba and Andrea Parsneau
