Om den här titeln

Three weeks after major kidney cancer surgery, Matt Hill is back, and his health is improving. In this solo episode he talks about who he woke up as.

Before surgery, Matt kept saying he didn’t know who he would be on the other side. This is the answer. For most of 2026 he ran on four hours of sleep, skipped training and worked past midnight. He thought that was the Be Impossible mindset. Then a biopsy complication, two ER visits and a hard warning from his surgeon stopped everything: slow down, or the surgery gets pushed to January, when his son is due.

What he found: his priorities had never changed (health, family, business). He had been living them in reverse order. Limits may not exist, but our time, energy and focus are finite, and that makes them precious. If you feel guilty about where your time is going, that guilt is telling you something.

In this episode:

Why so many of us know our priorities but don’t live by them
What a day on four hours of sleep was really costing him
The ER visit that changed how Matt saw his whole year
The changes he made: health back at number one, sleep, and time with family without guilt
Why his work got better, not worse
A simple priority audit you can do this week
