From Broncos cheerleader to ESPN feature reporter: Michelle Beisner-Buck on auditions, working with Joe Buck, caring for her parents and putting herself first as she turns 50.

Caroline sits down with Michelle to talk about her six years on the Denver Broncos cheer team, how she broke into sports reporting, and what it’s like to share a home and a workplace with a broadcaster. They also get into raising kids while on the road and the grief no one really prepares you for. Tune in now to laugh, cry and be inspired to achieve what matters to you!
