Very helpful. One of the best quit lit books. The speaker, though, is trying way too hard to emphasise and to speak clearly, which I find irritating.

intelligent, profound, laconic, fine, empathic! love it, listened it more times! although sober 5 years, was very useful for dealing with cravings, thoughts, difficult situations! I think, once you listen to this book, you'll never drink alcohol, or if, with completely different awareness!

Great , enjoyable to listen to .. similar to Alan Carrs Book about alcohol but with more detail and some extra helpful tools ! A must if you are serious about quitting , thank you !
