das einzige was ich sehr schade fand war, dass auch wenn Die Kapitel toll getrennt gesprochen worden sind, hätte man für ihn doch einen Sprecher nehmen können, der den Aktuent authentischer rüber bringt.
zudem würde es um einiges besser Klingen, wenn die Sprecher auch im Kapitel des anderen sich selbst sprechen würden, das hat teilweise die Stimmung für mich raus genommen

“I hate him, he’s hot; I hate him, he’s strong; I hate him, he’s … fill in for yourself what other good qualities he has. There’s no plot. They don’t know each other, but they harbor an aversion toward one another for no reason. The arranged marriage was only mentioned; there’s no backstory.
It’s boring to follow these superficial dialogues and thoughts. I stopped listening at the 40% mark.”

The female narrator is okay but the male one doesn’t even bother to attempt a Spanish pronunciation when the main character is speaking Spanish. It’s not that hard…
Have to agree with the „depth of a teaspoon“ analogy (which made me cackle btw) from former reviews.
