Infestation on the Sovereign Publisher's summary

Sarah Halloway lost everything, her medical license, her reputation, and her future.

Now she’s been reassigned to The Sovereign, a colony ship rising into orbit via space elevator, carrying her into exile far from Earth.

But exile turns into containment.

When a sealed artifact from Area 51 ruptures mid-ascent, something inside awakens.

It is not just alive. It is adaptive.

A sentient biological intelligence spreads through the ship’s ventilation systems, infecting the crew and reanimating them into something between organism and signal, whispering, reshaping, merging into a collective consciousness that should not exist.

And the ship cannot be stopped.

As the infection spreads deck by deck, Sarah uncovers the truth: This isn’t an outbreak.

It’s a colonization system that has been waiting since Roswell.

With The Sovereign transforming into a sealed laboratory of horrors and Earth falling away beneath her, Sarah must make an impossible choice: Preserve the truth behind the anomaly… or destroy it before it reaches the colonies.

Because once the signal is received, humanity will not be alone anymore.
