Looking for a convenient language course that gets you speaking Spanish in hours, not years? The Michel Thomas audio courses have helped over five million language learners to master a new language, with no writing, no stress and no memorisation.

Perfect for absolute beginners, little or no prior knowledge of the language is needed for the Foundation course. The audio course provides everything needed to build your confidence and start speaking.

During the course, you will join Michel Thomas and two beginner language learners. You listen to the recorded class and participate as if you were present. You will learn at your own pace, pausing and repeating where necessary. Within the first hour you will be able to construct simple phrases by listening and thinking out answers for yourself. By the end of the course, you will:
· Understand and have the confidence to speak basic Spanish
· Pick up Spanish naturally
· Learn from listening and speaking, without the pressure of writing or memorizing
· Build up your Spanish sentences from the building blocks learned in the class

You'll master the basics of the language in a way that feels natural. No need to worry about mistakes - they are opportunities to deepen your understanding and improve your language skills.

Michel Thomas is the original audio course for language learning, with 50 years of real results and over five million satisfied language learners. You'll stick with it because you'll see fast results and enjoy the journey.

"The thrill is that you're actually figuring it out on your own. You're engaging with another language, not just parroting it... It's an excellent way to start, and leaves the listener thinking, Hey, Ich kann do dis." (David Sedaris in the New Yorker)

Once you have completed Foundation Spanish, there are more Michel Thomas courses to deepen your understanding. We recommend progressing to Spanish Foundation Plus to continue your language learning journey, and then to Intermediate Spanish.

This course is taught by Michel Thomas himself. Michel Thomas (1914-2005) was a gifted linguist who mastered 10 languages in his lifetime. He spent 50 years continuously refining his courses and perfecting his method. Millions of learners worldwide have mastered language thanks to his unique approach.

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this course, you will also receive a free supporting booklet with user guide and glossary, which you will find in your Library along with the audio.
