Summer love was never supposed to behave. Summer Lovin’ is a Spellwings Press anthology filled with romance, fantasy, darkness, humour, heat, heartbreak, and beautiful chaos. Across this collection, love takes many forms: dangerous vampires drawn together by blood and desire, ancient gods playing at war and seduction, a spicy ghost story, a chaotic Carnivale romp, longing and duty, and vulnerability beneath the summer sun. These stories range from sweet to spicy, dark to playful, tragic to satirical.

Elasia Masters used to make her living stealing from the rich. Now that the Crooked Family has kicked her out, she can’t do that anymore, or so she thought. Her new employer, Ormil Salavar, has a great first assignment for her. He wants her to travel to the southernmost border of the Commonwealth, break into the home of a nobleman, find, and steal an ancient, potentially dangerous artifact. How can everything change, and nothing really change? Once again, the young thief will have to use all her skills and training to take something that doesn’t belong to her without getting caught.

Elasia Masters, Blaze to the other rogues in the Crooked Family, spent ten years learning how to become one of Fharizan’s best cat burglars. While trying to steal a shipment of expensive Mage Ink from the city’s richest merchant, she is betrayed by her fellow thieves.
