Most books about supplements try to answer the same question: what should you take? This book asks a better one: how do you decide what belongs in your life in the first place? Walk into any pharmacy and you’ll find shelves of vitamins, powders, and capsules promising energy, immunity, longevity, focus, and repair. Some of them help in specific cases. Many don’t. Most people end up somewhere in between, taking a few things they’re unsure about, skipping others they vaguely worry they might need, and never quite knowing what’s actually working.

Lenny "Iron" Fensley realizes each day is truly a gift in his world. Not only is his life, but also the lives of the two most important people in the world, his baby girl and the woman he loves, are in constant danger. A danger he never saw coming when he was doing his duty serving his country. When Iron starts prospecting with the Grimm Wolves MC, he feels like he has found a safe haven with his club brothers and their families.

I'm safe. And so is my family, all because of the sacrifice Stone made to save us. I don't know what has happened to Stone or Walker, but I believe in my heart that Stone will do everything he can to make sure Walker never comes near us again. I know he's out there, and I cannot allow myself to think otherwise. He will come back to me, to us.

Ten years ago, my world was shattered. One night changed my life forever by a sadist who took everything from me, just because he could. And while he did this, a green-eyed stranger watched and did nothing…or so I thought. When my past and present collide, I am swept away by all the memories, horrors, and dreams of my past. I want revenge. And finally, after all the years of pain and sacrifices I’ve had to make, an opportunity presents itself. Within a 24 hour period, my tormenter and my green-eyed watcher enter my life once again.

My name is Quinn and in one night my life changed forever. I lost not only part of my family, but also a huge part of who I was. Struggling to make it through each dark day, uncertain of everything in my life, I’m barely living just existing until a professional suggests I start writing down my thoughts in a journal. My journals help me muddle through the personal and emotional baggage. Allow me to manage the past with all my Anguish; to function in the present plotting Vengeance; and to hope for my Awakening to a future full of all my dreams for a better life.
