Dr. Anarchy is a man with a simple dream: to conquer and rule the entire world. While he has yet to achieve his goal, he has managed to become absolute lord and master of one small corner of it. This is the story of what one man was able to achieve though hard work, dedication, careful planning, unhealthy obsession, giant robots, disintegrators, remote controlled grolem dolls, a horde of disposable henchmen, killbots, an annoying cyborg ninja, and 36 rules every supervillain should follow!

In a world of Villainous Heroes and Heroic Villains, of Super Hero labor unions and Super Villain poker nights, personal and professional relationships can be... strained, to say the least. Doctor Doomsday, head of the infamous Doomsquad, enjoys toying with his Nemesis, WalkMan. When the bad Doctor discovers WalkMan's unknown son, Steven, the two begin their toughest battle yet: earning the love and respect of a teenager.

As Grand City's newest hero, Dr. Fizz Junior, Dave Murphy is a bit out of his element. Luckily, he has his friends and the "Original Dr. Fizz", Baxter Whitehead, around to help show him the ropes.

It's a story as old as time. Boy likes girl. Girl will only date...a superhero. And unfortunately for Dave Murphy, Grand City is chock full of superheroes. In fact, in Grand City ANYONE can be a superhero, which gives Dave an idea. The plan was simple: Pretend to be a hero and save the girl from a fake mugging. Live happily ever after. The plan was foolproof, nothing could possibly go wrong, even with Dave choosing his temporary superhero name from an empty, discarded soda can. The one named after a retired superhero...who finds out someone is impersonating him...soiling his good name.
