Welcome to Woo & Wonder. I'm Michael, energy worker, soul reader, and someone who spent most of my life quietly noticing things I couldn't explain. This show is for anyone who's ever had a moment that didn't make sense, a feeling they couldn't shake, or a question they weren't sure they were allowed to ask. I go deep on awakening, energy, synchronicities, practical tools, and the real stuff - no guru filter, no performance. Just honest conversations about what it actually feels like to wake up. Whatever brought you here, you're allowed to be curious. Let's figure it out together. All rights reserved. Spirituality

  • EP04 Can We Stop Trying to Ascend for Five Minutes
    21 Oct 2026
Are we really ascending into 5D, or have we turned spiritual awakening into another thing we're supposed to achieve? From New Earth predictions and energetic upgrades to ancient cycles, the 144,000 chosen ones and collective consciousness, this week I'm diving into one of spirituality's biggest rabbit holes. I share my own experiences with meditation, shifting perspectives and the changes I've noticed over the past few years, while questioning why something that's supposed to be about unity can sometimes leave people feeling fearful, excluded or left behind. What if ascension isn't a cosmic event we're waiting for, but something we're already participating in through the way we think, live and connect with each other? A curious, occasionally cheeky exploration of consciousness, spiritual awakening and the possibility that the shift might look very different from what we've been told. • What Is My Purpose? (And Why Do I Need to Know?)
    14 Oct 2026
Ever feel like you're supposed to be doing something more with your life, but have absolutely no idea what that something is? I've changed careers, gone back to university, explored spirituality and spent more money on courses than I probably care to admit. And after all of that, I'm still asking the same question: what am I actually here to do? In this episode of Woo & Wonder, I'm sharing my slightly messy search for purpose, from unexpected career changes and spiritual rabbit holes to the pressure I've put on myself to turn every interest into something bigger. But recently, a question stopped me in my tracks: what would actually change if I found my purpose tomorrow? Maybe the answer isn't quite what I've been looking for. Come along for the conversation. No grand revelations, just a little curiosity, a few laughs and plenty of questions.

  • The Healing Trap Do We Really Need to Fix Ourselves
    6 Oct 2026
Have you ever had a reaction to something and wondered... why did that bother me so much? In this episode of Woo & Wonder, I'm exploring shadow work - but probably not in the way I once understood it. I'm talking about triggers, the stories we make things mean about ourselves, old beliefs that can follow us into adulthood, and why some of the things I've called “blocks” might actually have been trying to protect me. I also get into something I've been questioning lately: when does healing stop being helpful and become another way of telling ourselves we're not enough yet? Because I've definitely spent time in that waiting room. When I heal this, then I'll start. When I'm confident enough, then I'll put myself out there. Maybe the goal isn't to become completely untriggered or perfectly healed. Maybe it's learning to notice ourselves a little more honestly - while still getting on with being human. I'm not claiming to have the answers. This is simply what I've noticed in my own life, what I'm still figuring out, and a few questions you might want to sit with too. No homework. No seven-step healing process. Just see what you notice.
