  • Bowl Seasonings and Football Spices
    Jan 9 2026

Brendon and Ronnie are putting a focus on football as both college and pros start wrapping up seasons. Along the way, the fellas discover that college bowl games don't really die, think math of the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs is embarrassing, and drop a handful of deep cut books written by African American authors. Brendon has many mayonnaise-based puns, sneaks in some Sumo Wrestling chat, and tells us about how his son accidentally made a Dad joke. Ronnie has a knack for making up real-sounding bowl games, already has ideas for John Harbaugh's next job, and sparks what might be one of the longest and nerdiest tangents to date.

  • The Return of Prediction Speculate-tacular
    Jan 2 2026

Brendon and Ronnie are bringing back one of their first annual traditions -- making bold predictions for the new year and picking the champions for everything from the Stanley Cup to Formula-1 to the World Cup. Along the way, the fellas wonder if a superteam is brewing in the WNBA, try to figure out the name of an unannounced NBA team in Las Vegas, and each pick the Dodgers to win the World Series (for very different reasons). Brendon is looking ahead to the 2026 NFL Season, dying to make more Winter Olympic predictions, and sees big things happening in Sumo Wrestling. Ronnie jumps off the deep end when talking about the Super Bowl, believes the NBA will revive a "super" team in Seattle, and thinks the Stanley Cup will be decided in an early round of the playoffs.

  • From Predictions to Non-Fictions
    Dec 26 2025

Brendon and Ronnie are revisiting the predictions they made at the beginning of the year. Along the way, the fellas discuss the unique evolution of a nickname for Arsenal supporters, make deep cuts from the TGIF era, and could never have predicted how awesome Krypto the Superdog is. Brendon explains the benefits and banes of a Costco membership, is optimistic about the Giants soon ending their Opening Day Left Fielder conundrum, and reveals the Merriam-Webster Word of the Year. Ronnie might have developed a new quiz game, is surprised to find that Farhan Zaidi yo-yo'ed back to the Dodgers, and revels in how dominant the Pacific Northwest has been in MLS.

  • A Kozibear Christmas
    Dec 19 2025

Brendon and Ronnie are simply having a Kozibear Christmas time... with the return of the esteemed Alex Kozina, aka Kozibear! The three talk about their personal Christmas season traditions and find some time to answer a couple of Kozibear's famous questions. Along the way, Alex recalls an amazing story about Steve Wozniak, tells us all about the IKEA Christmas buffet called Julbord, and likes the movie Elf but thinks his family likes it too much. Brendon makes Depression Era dishes for the season, goes caroling with his mother, and is locked in a rubber snake prank war with his son. Ronnie does a modern Japanese tradition for his Christmas dinner, still loves Christmas week in L.A., and once drank the water in Mexico...

  • Slams, Jams, and Automobiles
    Dec 12 2025

Brendon and Ronnie talk about the crazy finish to the F1 season and look ahead, and then talk about John Cena's upcoming final match. To cap it all off, the fellas talk about the NBA by looking at the standings and figuring out how the Emirates Cup works. Along the way, they find every opportunity to bring up baseball. Brendon played a full round of disc golf, has watched Elf too many times already this year, and floats the idea that the Giants got better after Barry Bonds retired. Ronnie has a hot take regarding John Cena's retirement tour, loves a tournament bracket, and wants a red and black Dodgers hat.

  • Grand F1'nales and Grand Standings
    Dec 5 2025

Brendon and Ronnie are looking for drama in numbers. First, they break down the dramatics in F1 as it goes into the final race of the season. Then they look closer at the NFL an NHL standings, picking out a number of surprises. Along the way, the fellas compare the offspring of Al Davis and George Steinbrenner, talk about the USA's World Baseball Classic manager, and think the Raiders are cursed. Brendon unintentionally has a sexy radio voice and thinks that Pete Carroll might have hired Chip Kelly just to fire him. Ronnie thinks that Love can be a secret ingredient, and is pleasantly surprised by the Anaheim Ducks.

  • Return to the Squircle
    Nov 28 2025

Brendon and Ronnie return to the squared circles they love so much, and talk a lot about sumo wrestling and the upcoming Survivor Series. Along the way, the fellas admit they always like to clown on the Mets, go over the late season dramatics brewing in F1, and ponder what they would serve if they did a sumo watching event at home. Brendon is already looking ahead to the next baseball season, went to the city to enjoy Sumo and Sushi, and reveals that his children have favorite WWE wrestlers. Ronnie is excited for Black Friday hockey games, mishears Brendon when he says "Fall Slam," and speculates that John Cena is making a huge change to the WWE as his career is fading out.

  • Sagaris and Grabbin' Bag
    Nov 21 2025

Brendon and Ronnie start with an in-depth discussion about the Grand Sumo November Tournament before digging into the grab bag for an array of different topics. Along the way, the fellas are visited by motivational speaker Matt Foley, talk about their favorite YouTube channels, and are still bitter that the Lakers traded away the youth movement of the late 2010s. Brendon really knows his Sumo wrestling, admits he's a nightmare to work with, and calls Dusty Baker a "Dad" manager. Ronnie spent a miserable summer trying to be Hunter S. Thompson, pronounces "yokozuna" three different ways, and thinks something is rotten in the baseball franchise of San Diego.
