The past several months have been stressful across this country. What may be stressful for one is not for others and vice versa. However, the important question is, what coping mechanisms or simple strategies are you using to manage painful memories or difficult emotion. Here are my thoughts on tools to use to help manage and regulate your emotions toward stress or traumatic experiences.

Leaders are not made the same and the generation of young people between the ages of 24- 34 are in need of mentors and leaders to help them make better decisions. There is a big disconnect in understanding leadership styles and there are more people walking away from jobs/careers because of the leaders/managers they have to work with who have no confidence but plenty of arrogance. People don't quit companies they quit leaders in the company.
