Joe Kempler and Scot Pollard have formed West Clay Realty and have decided to produce periodical, informative podcasts regarding buying, selling, lending, appraisals, inspections, and many other topics regarding residential real estate.

Joe Kempler is a former IBM and Lexmark marketing specialist of over 30 years experience across the nation. After retiring from there he went back home in Indiana and began building and selling homes. This led him to getting his real estate credentials. 15 years later he is going strong with a large network of clients, vendors and local charitable organizations.

Scot Pollard is a retired NBA player of 11 years with 5 different teams. Like Joe, his experiences of moving from place to place and the multiple purchases and sales have led him to real estate. He walked into Joe’s office in 2017 and they instantly had a connection. The first 2 years of working under Encore Sotheby’s International real estate was a positive experience for both. In the fall of 2020 they decided to form West Clay Realty since they both live and work in the same neighborhood. Don’t let the name fool you though, these men are busy working the entire Indianapolis market.
