Follow the adventures of Jeff, Yuta and Allea as they are thrust back in time to watch classic (and not so classic) films of the 70's and 80's... each episode starts with an audio drama narrative story that thrusts them in and out of the movies they discuss... then join them in studio as they have a good old fashioned discussion of trivia and knowledge about the film... at the end, the narrative continues and they are thrust through time again!

What film will they end up in next... and will they ever get back home? And what power or force is behind the magical betamax player that is causing their travels? Is it from some benevolent source... or is something insidious afoot? Only time will tell...

Part audio drama, part film discussion... all nostalgic and entertaining fun!

This film was, for many, the first time they cried in a movie theater... this 90 minute big screen commercial for toys is actually a great film with some fine animation, a great voice cast, fun storytelling and one of the most rock anthem soundtracks of the 80's. Podcast listeners, transform and roll out with Jeff, Yuta and special guest Mike Maihack, author, artist and creator of "Cleopatra in Space" as they reminisce about this classic film.

It was supposed to be a serious $20 million budget sci-fi epic... but the studio cut the budget to $8 million, so the director made it a comedy. Laughter as contagious as space herpes runs throughout this wacky film. The Ice Pirates is a true comedy cult classic. Join Jeff, Yuta and cosplay artist Michael "Knightmage" Wilson as they experience the time warp and enjoy this hilarious adventure.

It might be one of the most 80's movies ever made. Everything about it screams 1980's. This goofy rom-com seems like a disaster of an idea, but somehow... someway... it worked. Andrew McCarthy, Kim Cattrall, Meschach Taylor and the incomparable James "Freakin'" Spader... bring us Mannequin. And we will never be the same again.

Come reminisce with Jeff, Yuta and guest Chris G (Blerd's Eye View/Nerds on Ice) as they discuss this "guilty pleasure" film and even discuss what unfortunately passed for diversity in 1987...
