    This episode introduces a solution focused approach to working with students who are "challenging" to teachers in the classroom and school counselors, who are often asked to intervene in classroom concerns. By taking a new view of the challenging student, as a student needing the teacher's time, a connection can occur, lessening the chance that the behaviors occur again. Listeners will also be given a strategy for dealing with students in classrooms who use inappropriate language, putting students responsible for change.
