In this sermon, Pastor Kellen Hiroto examines John 8:31–47, in which Jesus delivers a sobering warning that challenges us to examine the nature of our faith. While many express an initial belief or religious profession, Jesus highlights the stark contrast between a false, surface-level faith and the persevering, life-changing faith of a true disciple. In this sermon, we explore the distinct markers of genuine discipleship—abiding in Christ’s Word and walking in true freedom—contrasted with the characteristics of a false disciple. The message serves as both an invitation to self-examination and a compassionate call to turn to Christ in genuine repentance and saving faith. Timestamps
