I was so honoured this week to have Tiffany Carole join me for Episode 4 of Thresholds and Crossroads. I have worked with Tiffany since 2019 through different programs and mentorships. I can honestly say that Tiffany and her work and techniques have been a huge presence and influence in my own transformation and development over the years!

Tiffany Carole MS LAc, EAMP is an international teacher, successful entrepreneur, author and mentor. She offers a variety of innovative and heart-centered works in service to personal and collective empowerment. She illuminates emergent principles within science and nature so that we may consciously create the next stage in culture together. As a scientist and Chinese Medicine health care provider by training, Tiffany formerly owned and operated a holistic medical practice for 20 years outside of Seattle WA. She is the creator of Aroma Point Therapy, and now runs an international online academy for healers, visionaries and Soulful entrepreneurs.

This week I chat with the fabulous Ciara McDonnell. We met at the start of the year in a wonderful soul led business women event in Cork and I knew I wanted to learn more about her work and be in her energetic orbit! Check Ciara's bio below ....

Ciara McDonnell is a spiritual guide, circle holder and creator of Aoibhneas Croí, a growing community for women who are choosing to live rooted in the joy of who they actually are. Her work lives at the intersection of the spiritual and the ordinary, weaving together somatic awareness, intuitive insight and the deep wisdom of the feminine. She has spent over a decade holding space for women in circle, one to one and in community, guiding them through the tender, necessary work of dismantling who they were conditioned to be and remembering who they have always been. She is a mother, a daughter, a sister, a devoted walker of forests, and someone who takes a deep breath every morning and puts her big girl's knickers on. She believes that women do not need fixing. They need remembering.

This episode is with the wonderful Michelle Graceffo. Michelle is a practitioner of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture with passions related to Essential Oils, Plant Medicine, and Nature’s Wisdom. Michelle is a weaver of many modalities that anchor and highlight our spiritual essence in our human experience. Her 12 years of clinical experience has provided her with repeated anecdotal evidence of our innate capacity for creative expression and the gift of remembering why we came here.



Her goal is to assist individuals in finding and feeling into the essence of who they are. Michelle believes we all have the tools to settle into and trust our most authentic self.

Michelle has been in clinical practice for 12 years in both community and private acupuncture settings. Recently, she made the jump from private practice to focusing solely on teaching and guiding others how to heal themselves.

She finds great joy in teaching and facilitating group sessions around essential oils and Chinese Face reading! She has studied essential oils under the guidance of, and extensively with, Jeffrey Yuen, Peter Holmes and Tiffany Carole.

The past few years have found Michelle delving deeply into the art of Chinese Face Reading, studying with the late Lillian Bridges.

In 2023, Michelle opened her online apothecary to create and share the medicine of essential oils!

Michelle is a National Board Certified Acupuncturist, licensed to practice in NJ and NY, and a Diplomate of Acupuncture. She earned her Master of Science in Classical Acupuncture at Pacific College of Health and Science in New York, and her B.A. from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. Michelle is a Certified Aroma Point Therapist and Reiki Level 2 Trained.
