Discipline is an activity that one engages in regularly to train or improve oneself. Spiritual discipline provides a path for transformation. Daily habits are shaping every person. Athletes train their bodies. Musicians, their skills. Students, their minds. Spiritual discipline trains the soul. Without discipline, we remain shaped by culture, distraction, and impulse. With discipline, we allow God to shape our lives intentionally.

The objective of this study was to examine and review the historical evidence for the Resurrection of Jesus. This study looked at and questioned preconceived notions about the Resurrection and discussed its importance.
