April, 18 2026, 9 AM; Prosecutors have charged Agent Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr. with two counts of second degree assault with a dangerous weapon. Morgan Jr. allegedly pointed his firearm at two civilians in their vehicle after they cut him off. The charges come as Minnesota officials are already investigating 17 incidents involving federal agents, according to Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty. Lt. Gov.
