This sermon explores the dual responsibilities of the believer in evangelism, emphasizing that while God guarantees the ultimate harvest, humans are called to the faithful act of sowing. Drawing from Psalm 126, the message outlines six truths: the necessity of going, the emotional weight of groaning for the lost, the active giving of the gospel, the divine guarantee of results, the joy of seeing conversion, and the final gathering of souls. The preacher uses the example of Adoniram Judson to illustrate that faithfulness often precedes visible fruit, encouraging listeners to trust God's promises rather than immediate outcomes. The tone is both convicting and encouraging, urging the congregation to move beyond comfort and actively share the gospel with their neighbors and communities. Ultimately, the sermon calls for a heart that is moved by the lost condition of others, motivated by the certainty that God will bring about salvation in due season.
