In this episode of The Rundown, we sit down with Kerry Hill, Director of No Clearcuts Kingston to discuss the Tannery Development and NCK now having legal representation from the Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) to grant NCK party status at an upcoming Ontario Land Tribunal hearing.
Members of the public who wish to have their views about the development proposal considered by the Tribunal must complete a Participant Status Request Form outlining their concerns (citing Case No. OLT-22-004597) and email it to the Tribunal by February 10, 2023.
