The Omnist Trail Podcast is a conversation for fellow travelers curious about the many belief systems that make up the human search for meaning. Hosts Jennifer and Julie approach each episode as omnists — believing that truth and beauty exist across traditions, not within just one — and use the image of a mountain with many paths to the same summit as their guide: different routes, different views along the way, but everyone climbing toward the same place.

Each episode digs into a different tradition, question, or crossroads where belief meets science, culture, or everyday life. Jennifer and Julie don’t come to these conversations as experts handing down answers — they come as two people who found their own paths in different ways, and who are genuinely curious about everyone else’s. No path is right or wrong here; every one is worth walking for a while.

New episodes drop regularly, with a running list of traditions and topics still ahead on the trail.

  • Where Mysticism Meets the Microscope
    17 Oct 2026

Your brain on meditation, near-death experiences, placebo magic, and the eternal question: can you be a good person without a rulebook? Jennifer and Julie strap a lab coat onto their hiking boots for this one — science and spirit duke it out, and nobody wins (but it’s a great hike).

  • One Traveler's Path
    3 Oct 2026

Every trail has a first guest, and ours is Chris from Aumana Yoga. Jennifer and Julie sit down with him to explore the religion he grew up in, how it shaped the person he is today, and the winding road that led him to bhakti yoga, the path of devotion. Expect honest reflection, a few unexpected turns, and plenty of good company along the way. Pull up a seat on the trail and join us.

  • Where the Paths Diverge
    19 Sep 2026

Not every path leads to the same place, and that’s okay. After finding common ground in Waypoint 2, Jennifer and Julie walk to the fork in the trail. They set monotheism, polytheism, Buddhism’s non-theism, and pantheism side by side and ask whether these views can be reconciled or whether they simply disagree. Along the way, they explore how to hold real disagreement with respect, without dismissing a tradition’s claims and without pretending every belief is the same.
