In Episode 76 of the Mayor's Mixtape, Mayor Graham recaps the City Council Work Session from October 19 including the potential updates to the City's purchasing policy, the economic development RFP process and the 2027 Proposed Annual Budget. Episode 75 of the Mayor's Mixtape covers several topics from the latest Pueblo City Council meeting, including updates to public transportation, economic development, and infrastructure projects. Mayor Graham discusses funding for two new paratransit vehicles, continued support for the Kids Ride Free program for students in kindergarten through 12th grade, and expanded transit service hours beginning October 19.

Mayor Graham also discusses the annexation of 168.2 acres in the Airport Industrial Park as an early step toward Project Tortuga, along with proposed improvements to Lime Road and related infrastructure needs. Additional topics include airport litigation funding, airport hangar leases and safety requirements, updates on injured police officers, and upcoming community events.

Episode 74 of the Mayor's Mixtape gives a preview for the Proposed Annual Budget for 2027. Mayor Graham delivered the budget book to City Council on October 5 and will have a Work Session presentation on October 19. Budget discussions will continue through October and November before the final reading of the budget on November 23.
