    Join us for the third episode of the 'The Low Car Diet', in which Rebecca Karbaumer explores Stavanger, Norway's energy capital. She meets up with Gunn Aasland, Stavanger's Director of City and Community Planning to learn more about the city's vision and ambitions. In the city center, she runs into Tom Rune from the Jatta development company, and Felix Grimsrud from Heime, with whom she discusses the potential of shared mobility for housing developers and the power of apps for community building and sharing. Then, Rebecca commutes to the bustling Jatta development site, which she explores with Imme Dirks Eskeland, Sven Kørner, and Christin Berg from the City of Stavanger.
