In Episode 37 Jon Kelly and Joe Nortrup sit down with Dale Mayeaux a Commercial Real Estate Professional that has his own unique outlook on the metrics that are assumed to control the market and an agent's ability to be successful. Dale explains why that, although he acknowledges external forces that affect the market exist, he doesn't allow them to determine his own individual outcomes.
