  • Packers O-Line Is a DISASTER & Bulaga Says Jordan Love Can’t Survive This
    Sep 28 2026
On The Homer Hour, Steve “Homer” True and Bryan Bulaga are still trying to comprehend what happened against Atlanta. Bulaga watched the game back multiple times and still can’t explain how Green Bay repeatedly blew basic assignments, including four offensive linemen blocking two defenders while Jordan Love was crushed by a free rusher. After giving the line some grace against Brian Flores and Minnesota, Bulaga says there’s no explanation for seeing the same breakdowns at home against Atlanta. Jason Wilde joins the conversation and puts the protection problems into perspective: the two worst games by an NFL offensive line in quick pressures allowed this season both belong to Green Bay. Wilde and Bulaga discuss whether Laken Tomlinson and Mekhi Becton can provide immediate help, but neither views them as saviors. The hope is much simpler: bring in experienced players who know their assignments and stop allowing the catastrophic mental breakdowns that have left Love taking massive hits. And the problems extend beyond pass protection. Green Bay couldn’t stop Bijan Robinson, struggled to tackle in space and abandoned its own running game almost immediately. Bulaga says the Packers have to find something they can confidently run 20 to 25 times per game, because throwing constantly behind a line that can’t pass protect is a recipe for disaster. With Tampa Bay and an undrafted rookie quarterback up next, Wilde says the Packers should expect to win, but after three ugly performances, they haven’t earned the right to look down on anybody.

  • Packers Are DESPERATE for O-Line Help & Is Kevin Zeitler the Answer?
    Sep 29 2026
On The Homer Hour, Homer reacts to the Packers continuing their frantic search for offensive-line help, including a visit with 36-year-old Kevin Zeitler. Jason Wilde explains why Zeitler would be different from the additions of Laken Tomlinson and Mekhi Becton, especially if Green Bay is willing to spend significant money to bring him in. The guys debate whether a completely revamped line featuring Tomlinson, Zeitler and Becton could be coming and what that would say about Brian Gutekunst’s preseason confidence in the group he originally assembled. Wilde says the Packers’ sudden activity is an admission that both the evaluation and development of the offensive line failed. Jacob Monk hasn’t developed into a dependable starter, Jagger Burton struggled badly in his first start and Becton may not even be physically ready to contribute immediately. Meanwhile, Jordan Love continues taking punishment behind a unit that simply cannot function. Homer and Wilde also question Matt LaFleur’s response, including why Green Bay abandoned the running game despite being even worse in pass protection. Plus, Tim Van Vooren joins Homer to explain why Green Bay’s biggest problem isn’t just losing, it’s how quickly the team has rolled over when adversity hits. TVV says the Packers must protect Love before the constant pressure permanently changes how he plays quarterback. Then the mood brightens with the Brewers’ October formula: Homer says Milwaukee only needs to go 11-8 to win it all, while TVV believes Pat Murphy’s team should embrace exactly what made it successful over 103 regular-season wins instead of trying to become something different in the postseason

  • Packers REMAKE Their O-Line in One Week & Jason Wilde Says “It’s Never Been This Bad”
    Sep 30 2026
On The Homer Hour, the Packers’ unprecedented offensive-line overhaul takes center stage after Green Bay adds Kevin Zeitler, Laken Tomlinson and Mekhi Becton in a matter of days. Jason Wilde says all three could potentially play against Tampa Bay and explains why Zeitler’s signing is particularly significant. Green Bay paid him real money, and Wilde believes that signals the Packers view the veteran as an actual upgrade rather than simply another emergency option. But the additions also reveal just how badly Green Bay misjudged its original offensive line. Wilde says potentially replacing 60% of the starting unit speaks volumes about how the Packers currently view Jacob Monk, Jagger Burton, Anthony Belton, Donovan Jennings and the health of Aaron Banks. He also explains why the younger linemen can’t simply be discarded, especially with the veteran additions largely serving as short-term solutions and injuries likely to force the Packers back into their depth at some point. Wilde says he has never seen anything like this, and notes how extraordinary it is for an NFL team to remake its offensive line this dramatically only three weeks into a season. Homer and Wilde debate whether the unprecedented urgency is partly driven by Brian Gutekunst and Matt LaFleur feeling pressure over their jobs, or whether Green Bay still believes the rest of its roster is good enough to contend if the offensive line simply stops sinking the entire operation. Plus, Wilde explains why Zeitler could change the equation more than either of Green Bay’s other veteran additions.
