What if the healing field you create for someone else is also holding you?

I was reminded of this in a very personal way today. I haven't been feeling 100% over the last few days, but during a session with one of the beautiful souls in my Energy Healing Practitioner Training, we ended up working with a practice that was almost uncannily perfect for what I needed myself.

It got me thinking about something I find incredibly beautiful about energy work: when we consciously create a space for healing, we don't necessarily stand outside of that space. We are part of the field, too.

In this short episode, I’m sharing what happened, what I experienced, and what it taught me about the power of holding space for another person while remaining connected to yourself.

Sometimes, we think we're the ones facilitating the healing.
