In this episode, Christy discussed:

• How words create our reality

• Reprogramming your subconscious

• Practicing affirmations daily

Key Takeaways:

• Your thoughts and your feelings create your reality. As you say, positive statements to yourself, you begin to create them as true. Affirmations are designed to open and expand your awareness.

• Affirmations are positive statements used to reprogram your subconscious. These are statements that you say to yourself over and over and when you start to believe them and feel the truth of them, they can then create your reality.

• Write affirmations that align with you vibrationally and put them where you can see them. Put them in your mirror, or your car, or on your phone. You can even set reminders on your phone for you to say these affirmations. Remember that the more you say these affirmations, the more they become true for you in your life.

"It's not the actual word that has the power. It's the meaning and the connection to those words. A word is just a word until we give it meaning." - Christy Whitman

In this episode, Christy and The Council discuss:

• You have value

• How to expand into the feeling of worthiness

• Are some people more worthy than others?

Key Takeaways:

• You have value because you are here. When you feel that you are not worthy of abundance, you are shrinking in relation to the Divine that is breathing you and only holds you in a point of focus and knows your worth.

• If you're not feeling worthy, it's because you haven't expanded into the feeling sense of your worthiness. You've got to reflect worthiness from within, expand that sense of value by using your focus.

• Money doesn't make a person more worthy than another. People who have money and who don't are equally worthy of the whole entire universe breathing through them.

"Your abundance, your prosperity is a direct reflection of how you feel within as far as your worth. You are worthy because you're here." - The Council

In this episode Christy and Rob discuss:

• Why do we find it difficult to receive?

• Giving and receiving are both a blessing

• How to receive

Key Takeaways:

• Most of us grew up being taught that it's better to give than to receive. Some were even taught that the greatest good one can do is to give without getting anything in return. However, the truth is that to receive and to give is equally a blessing.

• The first thing we ever did in this world is to breathe in and ever since then, we live because we breathe in and we breathe out. In your life, you give your time and your talent, therefore, you have to be able to take a paycheck or take a compliment.

• When you're given a paycheck or a compliment, don't protect yourself. Instead, be vulnerable and just receive. Thank them, and allow yourself to have what you've been deflecting.

"Just receive, allow yourself to have what it is that you're been deflecting." - Christy Whitman

In this episode Christy discuss:

• What is love?

• Don't kill the ego

• Allowing yourself to know unconditional love

Key Takeaways:

• Love, in its pure form of energy, is unconditional. It feels good, it's expansive and creative. It is the highest vibration. The best news is that we all have access to unconditional love.

• The ego is a part of the equation of the whole human experience. If we weren't meant to have an ego, then it wouldn't be created as a part of us. Therefore, don't kill the ego, it is your personality and it is essential.

• Our preconceptions and beliefs about love and abundance have most likely been formed while we were still young. As adults, we've got to let go of inaccurate beliefs about love and embrace the truth that love is abundant, unconditional, and always within reach. Allow yourself to feel this love.

In this episode, Christy discussed:

• What is anxiety?

• Addressing negative thoughts with curiosity

• The next step from awareness

Key Takeaways:

• Anxiety is not an emotion it's actually an over-amplification of an emotion that has been stuck and built up for a long time. There's almost always something underneath anxiety like fear, worry, or doubt.

• When you get feelings that you could sense are coming from lack, let yourself feel them and address them. Step back from your own feelings and examine them with curiosity.

• Once you have brought awareness to the undercurrent of emotion that you have, that's where the Council comes in. They help you master your energy and shift it through a variety of processes, techniques, and breakthroughs.

In this episode Christy discussed:

• Why you should let go of shame and guilt

• Being happier by releasing judgment

• Releasing the guilt through innocence

Key Takeaways:

• Instead of making yourself feel guilty, let yourself feel appreciation. When you don't let go of your own shame or guilt, you might end up making others feel that way.

• Neutrality releases judgment. You've got to release judgment and be compassionate. When you accept that it's okay for people to be different, then you'll be happier since you'll find that your happiness doesn't hinge on whether people will change according to what you think is right or not.

• The opposite of guilt is innocence and focusing on the innocence of your intention is powerful in releasing guilt. Ask yourself if you've ever wanted to deliberately hurt or harm anyone, if the answer is no then focus on that innocence in order to release the guilt.

"We can't change anything outside of ourselves. We can't change another person. We can influence them, and then they still have choices and how they react or respond. But the thing is, we have a choice as to if we are going to allow shame or guilt to be put on us." - Christy Whitman

In this episode Christy and Rob discuss:

• The way that our mind works

• How people get stuck in a rabbit hole of worries

• Finding the positive thoughts

Key Takeaways:

• The mind is always taking us to move towards something that we want, and running away from something that we don't want. Our mind worries about things that might not happen and that's wasting our energy, consciousness and creative resource.

• Letting your thoughts wander from worry to worry will invite more worries into your mind. That's the law of attraction. When you have a thought and your consciousness focuses on that thought, you become one with that thought.

• We are not the thoughts that we think we are not our mind. We are the lifeforce that beats our hearts where the energy that flows through us, and we can actually be the witness to our minds. Be present in the moment and take charge of your thoughts, the existence of negative thoughts confirms the possibility for you to create positive ones.

"Worrying about anything is really a prayer for what you don't want." - Christy Whitman

In this episode Christy and Bill discuss:

• How brain trauma happens

• The similarities between physical and mental trauma

• Practical tips for improving your brain health

Key Takeaways:

• Head injuries cause brain trauma. An untreated concussion is an untreated concussion and a concussion relates to so many aspects of life.

• There are a lot of physical manifestations of brain trauma, but the injury can go beyond what the eyes can see. Mental abuse and physical abuse will look exactly the same on brain scans.

• If you have a brain injury, there's going to be a place in your vision where you don't want to look. Everywhere you look is a different part of the brain, so when you look in that uncomfortable direction, your brain becomes active in that place where it was not before.

"What we do is we utilize cognitive movement, to actually reprogram your subconscious. So you're absent your shame, you're absent the guilt, the grief, the resentment, the blame, the fear. We go through and process all of those fears of your lifetime, all the griefs of your lifetime." - Bill McKenna
