Thank you Emily for reaching out to me and sharing your beautiful pup Zoe with me. Pet loss is real loss and is absolutely heart wrenching. 

Pet Loss and their death anniversaries can be difficult to navigate, I hope this episodes holds you and inspires you to connect and share Zoe on her Death Anniversary. Rest in Eternal Sunshine sweet pup. I hope I get to meet you on that Rainbow Bridge someday.

Accessing your emotions can pretty hard sometimes. Somatic practices such as Movement Meditation, Breathwork or talking it out (La Platica) can be powerful and helpful tools to help you access and process your emotions around grief, loss and death.
