Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.
Then we follow the thread into the Messianic Era. Through Psalm 90:4, 2 Peter 3:8-9, the Epistle of Barnabas, Hebrews 4:9, and Revelation 20, we see how the weekly Sabbath is a foretaste of the coming thousand-year age that is "altogether Sabbath."
If you're tired, stretched thin, or just wondering what Shabbat really means, this episode will help you slow down, return to your source, and look ahead with hope.
In this episode:
- Why the world doesn't vanish when God stops speaking
- The hidden meaning of the Hebrew word shavat
- How the sages connected the six days of creation to six thousand years of history
- Why Shabbat is a down payment on the Messianic Era
- A simple way to practice Shabbat this week
