Stories matter! My story, your story, your cities story, the Old Testament stories and the collective story of the Body of Christ, they all matter. We know in Scripture that Jesus taught His disciples by speaking in parables. What is a parable? It is a story. Hebrews 13:8 tells us that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. With that truth in mind, let’s ask some questions. Does Jesus still teach His disciples by speaking in parables? Could the stories of our lives be the parables by which He teaches us? If we choose to see our stories through the lens of the Lord’s perspective He will show us how He has been with us from the beginning and how each of our stories can be used to teach us who He is. The Lord is faithful and has been revealing Himself to you through all the moments of your life. In this episode we explore the importance of having a willingness to surrender every moment to Him, and to declare that there are no coincidences. Together, let’s ask the Lord to grant us a willing spirit to trust that He has been teaching us about Himself from the beginning, with the purpose of revealing to us, His children, who He is and who we are in Him.
"Sing, O barren one, who did not bear; break forth into singing and cry aloud, you who have not been in labor! For the children of the desolate one will be more than the children of her who is married," says the Lord.
Isaiah 54:1
What is the Temple Restoration Project?
The Temple Restoration Project is more than a podcast; it is a project for the people of God. The Lord is calling us to recognize our bodies as His temple, and to consider our ways. It is no longer time to build our bodies for our own pleasure but instead it is time to be built up for pleasure of the Lord (Haggai 1:2-9).
The Temple Restoration Project is a project of the 610Fit Academy and Training Center.

This episode picks up where we left off last episode. Our discussion focuses on Colossians 3:9-10, as we begin by breaking them down to explore with the Lord the importance of these two verses. The second half of our time together is spent discussing the idea of being renewed in knowledge. We delve into the significance of continual renewal, its relationship to transformation and how it deepens our understanding of God and our identity in Him.
