We're halfway through series 22 and this week it's all about highfalutin prize tasks, the contestant that mostly resembles a sexy shetland pony trotting around Dartmoor, Isy's world of velvet, and cookies from Chateau Marmont. Plus, Jack brings in some mid-series stats, and is Nina doing a Jenny Eclair?

Jack and Jenny are back to break down Episode 4 of Series 22. The prize theme is "juicy", an under-table task raises a lot questions, Chloe carries two armpit-averse teammates through some armpit art and someone has to convince everyone they're wearing a secret workplace earpiece. And is the closest we've ever come to a perfect episode?

Plus your emails: a listener corrects Alex on the finer points of gleeking, and another spots a possible sausage machine callback in the Series 22 trailer.

This week it's all about things that make us feel safe, how to make someone cry with our without onion beards, gargoyles wearing spanx, standardised B.O.S.N.A.C forms, and whether or not gleeking was an American middle school epidemic. Plus a listener writes in with some important information about KBN's (Kevin Bacon Numbers) and we have our first task hack of the series.
