So… let’s finish this conversation.

This is Part 2 of my Ayahuasca experience, picking up right where we left off. In this episode, I’m taking you into the final night of ceremony, what shifted for me, and what it actually looks like to come out on the other side of an experience like this.

Because the ceremony isn’t the end—it’s the beginning.

We’re getting into integration, the realizations that stayed with me, and the honest truth about what changes… and what doesn’t. No hype, no over-glorifying—just real reflection.

If you listened to Part 1, you already know this journey isn’t surface-level. And if you didn’t… go back. You’re going to want the full picture. Let’s close this out.

And this is Part 1.In this episode of SZN of Self, I’m taking you inside my real experience sitting with the plant over a 3-night ceremony—from what Ayahuasca actually is, to why people seek it out, to what it feels like when you stop running and finally face yourself.

We’re not just talking about the “spiritual” side of it either. I’m breaking down the facts, the intention behind the medicine, and what people don’t always tell you about how intense this work can be—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Then I get into my personal experience—what came up for me Night 1 and Night 2, the resistance, the realizations, the discomfort, and the clarity that started to unfold when I allowed myself to surrender to the process.

In Part 2, I’ll be sharing how the experience unfolded on the final night, what shifted for me, and what it actually looks like to integrate everything that came up after the ceremony ends.

You ever get Big Mad and don’t even fully understand why… but you know something in you is off? Yeah. This is that episode.

In this Season 2 premiere of SZN of Self, we’re not pretending to be perfectly healed or unbothered—we’re getting honest. Because anger isn’t random, and it’s definitely not something to ignore. It’s information. It’s a signal. And if you keep pushing it down, it will come out one way or another.

In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means to be Big Mad—not just reacting, but understanding what’s underneath it. I’m sharing my own experiences with feeling overlooked, sitting in that discomfort, and realizing that my anger was pointing me back to myself.

We get into how to stop suppressing your feelings, how to move anger through your body instead of letting it build, and how to turn that emotional fire into clarity, boundaries, and self-respect.

Because the goal isn’t to avoid anger. It’s to know what to do with it.

So if you’ve been feeling more emotional, more reactive, or just… off lately—this is your reminder that there’s nothing wrong with you. There’s something speaking to you. The question is… are you listening? Let’s talk about it.
