It’s been a while since you’ve heard from me.

And honestly… a lot has happened.

Since the last episode of Lean with Kare (back in 2024), life has taken me through some unexpected places, but one thing has continued to happen: the conversations.

Again and again, I’ve found myself in conversations that made me stop and think, “This would make such a good podcast episode.” And for a long time, I kept waiting for the right time, the right space, the right plan.

Then I had to ask myself: What am I waiting for?

So, Season 7 begins here.

Not with everything figured out. Not with a perfectly mapped-out season. Just with a decision to start.

In this first episode, I’m bringing you into the process of bringing Lean with Kare back, finding a studio, exploring the possibility of video, looking for guests, and figuring out what these next conversations might look like.

I don’t know exactly where Season 7 is going yet.

But I know there are conversations that need to happen.
